American Process Group, a division of SANEXEN is seeking a Project Control Office (PCO) to join our growing team at our Acheson Office, near Edmonton.

Step into a detail-driven role where you’ll support the successful delivery of projects by tracking performance, managing costs, and helping teams stay aligned. If you enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and brining structure to complex projects, this role offers a strong opportunity to make an impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Track project progress across all phases to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
- Monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify cost variances
- Support forecasting, reporting, and client billing activities
- Identify project risks (technical, financial, operational) and support mitigation planning
- Recommend and track corrective actions when deviations occur
- Prepare regular reports on project performance, costs, and key metrics
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Coordinate with finance, engineering, and other departments to support project delivery
- Contribute to cost estimates, resource planning, and project scheduling
- Manages and processes project invoices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-project reviews
- Assist with ERP-related processes and system improvements
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a project controls, project coordination, or job cost accountant role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and project data
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and ERP systems (D365)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
